Open Bar - Pacific Beach
Open Bar is a dive bar situated right next to the beach. It is a pertinent stop on your PB pub crawl as it is not only steps from the beach but steps away from every other bar on the list. There is free popcorn to soak up that free floating alcohol, pool tables and a Jukebox for entertainment, and a patio for the resident smoker. Their staff is super friendly and the locals call it home. It's as casual as a dive comes, they welcome flip flops and bikinis off the beach. Whether you are on a weekend bender, or just catching a cool drink from off the beach, this is a nice place to stop and kick back.
